Premier Glass Products is committed to conducting business ethically, responsibly, and in compliance with applicable laws. We do not tolerate slavery, forced labor, human trafficking, or other unlawful labor practices within our operations or supply chain.

We source nearly all of our primary materials from established vendors operating in the United States and Canada.

We choose suppliers based on factors such as reputation, reliability, product quality, and responsible business practices. Based on our experience with these vendors, we have no reason to believe that forced labor, human trafficking, or other unlawful employment practices are used in connection with the materials we purchase.

We expect our suppliers to comply with applicable labor and employment laws, maintain safe and lawful workplaces, and treat workers fairly throughout their operations.

This disclosure describes the current efforts of Premier Glass Products regarding slavery and human trafficking risks within its direct supply chain for tangible goods. It is intended to address the disclosure categories identified in the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act, California Civil Code Section 1714.43.

1. Supply Chain Verification

Premier Glass Products evaluates suppliers through its normal purchasing and vendor qualification processes. These processes may include consideration of a supplier’s reputation, reliability, product quality, business practices, and compliance with applicable laws.

Premier Glass Products does not currently use an independent third party to conduct formal supply chain verification specifically focused on slavery and human trafficking risks.

If Premier Glass Products becomes aware of information indicating a potential violation of applicable labor or human trafficking laws, the company may investigate the matter, request additional information from the supplier, or take other appropriate action.

2. Supplier Audits

Premier Glass Products does not currently conduct independent or unannounced audits of suppliers specifically to evaluate compliance with company standards concerning slavery and human trafficking.

Premier Glass Products reserves the right to investigate suppliers when concerns arise and may reconsider, suspend, or terminate a supplier relationship when appropriate.

3. Supplier Certification

Premier Glass Products expects its direct suppliers to comply with all applicable employment, labor, slavery, forced labor, and human trafficking laws in the countries and jurisdictions where they conduct business.

Premier Glass Products does not currently require every direct supplier to provide a separate written certification confirming that materials incorporated into its products comply with the slavery and human trafficking laws of the countries in which the supplier conducts business.

4. Internal Accountability

Premier Glass Products expects its employees, contractors, purchasing personnel, and business partners to conduct business lawfully and ethically.

Reported or suspected violations of applicable laws or company standards may be reviewed and investigated. Employees or contractors who fail to meet applicable company standards may be subject to corrective action, up to and including termination of employment, termination of a contract, or termination of the applicable business relationship.

5. Training

Premier Glass Products communicates its expectations regarding lawful and ethical business practices to employees and management personnel responsible for purchasing and supplier relationships.

Premier Glass Products does not currently maintain a separate formal training program dedicated exclusively to identifying and mitigating slavery and human trafficking risks within its product supply chain.

The company may provide additional guidance or training as its operations, supply chain, and compliance procedures develop.

Reporting Concerns

Employees, suppliers, customers, and other interested parties who become aware of suspected slavery, forced labor, human trafficking, or other unlawful conduct connected to Premier Glass Products or its supply chain are encouraged to contact the company through its website contact form.

Premier Glass Products will review credible concerns and take appropriate action based on the circumstances.

Continuing Review

Premier Glass Products periodically reviews its business practices and supplier relationships. This disclosure may be updated as the company’s operations, policies, or supply chain compliance practices evolve.
